(WASAGA BEACH, ON.) – On August 31st, 2014 at approximately 6:45 p.m., members of the Huronia West Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police were conducting an R.I.D.E. stop program on Mosley Street near 18th, Street. Police stopped a motor vehicle in which the driver was not wearing her seat belt. Once this vehicle was stopped Police quickly the driver was operating this motor vehicle while under influence of alcohol.
Charged with “Exceed 80 mgs.†is Katie E. DUFFUS 34 years old from Toronto. First appearance is September 9th, 2014 in Collingwood court.
