(PUSLINCH TOWNSHIP, ON) -On September 3, 2014 at approximately 8:02 p.m., a Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officer was conducting radar enforcement on Gore Road near Concession 7, Puslinch Township. A male driving a 2002 Acura was locked on radar travelling at 133 km/h in a 60 km/h zone.
His driver’s licence and vehicle were seized for a period of 7 days as per statute.
Robert KOVAC age 47 of Cambridge, is charged with Race a Motor Vehicle contrary to the Highway Traffic Act. He is to appear in Guelph Court on October 15, 2014 to answer to the charge.
