(COUNTY OF BRANT, ON) – The County of Brant Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers were advised of a possible impaired driver at a store on Rest Acres Road in the Town of Paris, in the County of Brant.
At approximately 1:51 a.m. September 7th, 2014, officers were dispatched to a plaza on Rest Acres Road. Officers arrived a short time later and located a Dodge pickup truck with two occupants. While the officer was talking to the male driver he observed all the usual signs of impairment by alcohol. The male driver was taken to the Norfolk County OPP detachment for Intoxilyzer Tests.
Christopher REBERNIK 28 years of age from the County of Brant is facing the following criminal charge
Refuse to Provide Breath Sample
The accused is scheduled to attend Provincial Court in Brantford on October 9th, 2014 to answer to the charge.
