(COUNTY OF BRANT, ON) – The County of Brant Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers were advised of a single motor vehicle collision on Pottruff Road, in the County of Brant.
At approximately 9:14 a.m. September 7th, 2014, officers were dispatched to the single motor vehicle collision. Officers arrived a short time later and located a black Volkswagen that had left the roadway and struck numerous trees. While an officer was talking to the male driver he observed all the usual signs of impairment by alcohol. The male driver was taken to the County of Brant OPP detachment for Intoxilyzer Tests.
Adam COULTER 25 years of age from the City of Brantford is facing the following criminal charges
Impaired Driving
Drive over 80 mgs. Blood Alcohol Content
The accused is scheduled to attend Provincial Court in Brantford on October 10th, 2014 to answer to the charges.
