(Perth, ON) – The Lanark County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) has arrested a male in relation to indecent exposure complaints in the Town of Perth.
Several reports of a naked male along the Tay River in The Town of Perth in an area known as the Tow Path were received over the last several weeks. Through police investigation Douglas James Jackson, 62, of the Town of Perth, has been arrested and held in custody. He is currently charged with 2 counts of Breach of Probation pending further investigation.
