POLICE ALERTING RESIDENTS AFTER DRUGS TAKEN FROM VEHICLE

(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Norfolk County Detachment is alerting residents after a quantity of drugs were taken during a vehicle entry from an East Quarter Line Road, South Walsingham, Norfolk County, Ontario address.

On Monday, September 8, 2014 in the early morning hours, unknown suspects entered an unlocked motor vehicle that was parked in driveway of the residence. Once inside, unknowns proceeded to remove a black bag containing a grey coloured metal box with two black locks on either side.

The box contained bottles of Methadone which could result in serious injury or death if ingested. Police are continuing to investigate and is seeking the public’s assistance. If anyone has any information they are being asked to contact the Norfolk County OPP at 1-888-310-1122.
