(SOUTH-WEST OXFORD TOWNSHIP, ON.) -The Oxford County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a fire at the Westmount Motel on Beachville Road at approximately 5:25 a.m. on Saturday September 13, 2014.
As a result of investigation, 32 year old Brandon STEWART of South-West Oxford Township has been charged under the Criminal Code of Canada with the following:
Arson – Damage to Property
Mischief Under $5,000
Fail to Comply with Probation Order (2 counts)
The male was held for a bail hearing at the Ontario Court of Justice in Woodstock.
