(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), Norfolk County Detachment have charged a 49 year old male after police investigated an incident at a Bonnie Drive, Simcoe, Norfolk County, Ontario, address.
On Monday, September 15, 2014 at approximately 7:26 p.m., police were contacted by a concerned citizen after noticing a suspicious male sitting in a motor vehicle at the Wellington Park.
The concerned citizen recorded the licence plate of the vehicle which was observed by the driver who then left the area heading westbound towards Colborne Street. Police were immediately contacted and subsequently located the driver.
As a result of police investigation, police arrested and charged 49 year old Keven BEEMER of Norfolk County, Ontario with indecent act and disobeying a court order.
He is to appear in Provincial Court, Simcoe at a later date to answer to the charges.
