(Prince Edward County, ON)â€â€On September 15, 2014 at 4:21pm officers from the Ontario Provincial Police Prince (OPP) Edward County detachment attended at motor vehicle collision involving two vehicle at the intersection of Highway 62 and County Road 3. One passenger was transported to hospital by ambulance with minor injuries.
OPP charged a 58-year old man, Christopher WOOD of Ameliasburgh, ON with Breath Sample Not Provided Upon Demand, contrary to section 254(5) of the Criminal Code of Canada. The accused was released from police custody on an appearance notice and is to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice, Picton on October 2014.
