(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), Norfolk County Detachment have charged a 25 year old male after police investigated an incident at a Norfolk County, Ontario, address.
On Thursday, September 18, 2014 at approximately 3:51 p.m., police received a report of a sexual assault.
As a result of the investigation, OPP arrested and charged 25-year-old Andrew Joseph CSISZAR of Norfolk County, Ontario with sexual assault X3 and sexual interference X3.
