(FRONTENAC, ON) – On September 18, 2014, the Frontenac Crime Unit of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) arrested and charged a 46-year-old man with sexual offences in relation to a young female victim that occurred in the summer of 2014 in South Frontenac Township.
As a result, police have charged Ralph “Sam†WHITE, 46 of Kingston with:
Sexual Assault
Sexual Interference
Invitation to Sexual Touching
He was released on a Promise to Appear and Officer-In-Charge Undertaking to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice, Kingston, on October 30, 2014.
