(ZORRA TOWNSHIP, ON.) – On September 25, 2014 at approximately 5:34 p.m. Oxford County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a single motor vehicle collision of a feed truck that struck a railway overpass on the 17th Line in Zorra Township.
As a result of investigation, police have charged 49 year old Albert WALTER of Formosa under the Criminal Code of Canada with the following:
Driving While Ability Impaired – motor vehicle (Alcohol and Drug)
Driving motor vehicle with More than 80 milligrams of Alcohol in Blood
The male was released on a Promise to Appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Woodstock on October 28, 2014.
