(MUNICIPALITY OF GREY HIGHLANDS, ON) – On Saturday, September 27, 2014, at approximately 5:23 p.m., Grey County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a report of a male sleeping in a bush on Toronto St., S., in Markdale, in the Municipality of Grey Highlands.
Police located the suspect, who was found to be intoxicated. Two empty bottles of alcohol were found on the ground and a full bottle of alcohol was found in his possession. The male was arrested for being intoxicated in a public place. He was held at the OPP Detachment for his safety and was released when sober.
Russell SPEERS, age 61, of the Municipality of Grey Highlands, was issued a Provincial Offence Notice under the Liquor Licence Act.
