(COUNTY OF BRANT, ON) – A County of Brant Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officer was on patrol on Blue Lake Road, in the County of Brant.
At approximately 10:38 p.m. September 27th, 2014, the officer located a vehicle stopped in a cul-de-sac. While the officer was talking to the driver he could smell the strong odour of alcohol. The officer gave the driver the Roadside Screening Test demand. The male driver refused to give a sample of his breath.
Shawn BARNA 33 years of age from the City of Brantford is facing the following criminal charge
Fail or Refuse to Provide Sample
The accused is scheduled to attend Provincial Court in Brantford on October 31st, 2014 to answer to the charge.
