(BLANDFORD-BLENHEIM TOWNSHIP, ON.) – On September 27, 2014 at approximately 8:51 p.m. Oxford County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a single motor vehicle collision in a field on Township Road 3 in Blandford-Blenheim Township.
As a result of investigation, police have charged 20 year old Shane SYMES of Woodstock under the Criminal Code of Canada with the following:
Driving While Ability Impaired – motor vehicle (Alcohol)
Driving motor vehicle with More than 80 milligrams of Alcohol in Blood
Dangerous Operation of Motor Vehicle
The male was released on a Promise to Appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Woodstock on October 28, 2014.
