Curtis GREGSON – Drunk Driving

(TOWN OF ERIN, ON) – On September 26, 2014 at approximately 9:32 p.m., members of the Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Traffic Management Unit (TMU) were conducting R.I.D.E. programs on Wellington Road 124 at the Sixth Line in the Town of Erin.

Officers investigated the driver of a 2008 Honda that entered into the spot check. After speaking with the driver, police determined he had consumed alcohol and a roadside screening test was administered which resulted in a fail.

The driver’s licence was suspended for 90 days and vehicle impounded for seven days as per statute.

Curtis GREGSON age 34 of the Town of Erin has been charged with Over 80 contrary to the Criminal Code. He is scheduled to appear in Guelph Criminal Court on October 28, 2014 to answer to the charge.
