OPP INVESTIGATING BREAK AND ENTER

(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Norfolk County Detachment is investigating a Break and Enter at a Bay Street, Port Rowan, Norfolk County, Ontario address.

On Tuesday, October 7, 2014 at approximately 4:02 a.m., a resident was awoken to the sounds of breaking glass. The alert resident immediately looked outside and observed an unknown male walking back to a vehicle that was parked outside on the roadway.

Through investigation it has been determined that two unknown suspects attend the Pharmasave located in Port Rowan and forcibly gained entry through the front window of the business. Once inside, unknowns removed a quantity of prescription medication.

Both suspects then fled in a silver or white coloured Sports Utility Vehicle which was last seen heading southbound on Bay Street.

The Norfolk County OPP Detachment is continuing to investigate and is seeking assistance from the public. If anyone has any information regarding this incident, they are being asked to contact the Norfolk County OPP Detachment at 1-888-310-1122.
