(MUNICIPALITY OF GREY HIGHLANDS, ON) – On Tuesday, October 7, 2014 at approximately 9:44 a.m., Grey County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) attended the Markdale Hospital located on Isla Street in the Municipality of Grey Highlands after a cell phone was reported stolen from an employee of the hospital.
Dennis Frank ELLIOTT, age 59, of the Municipality of Grey Highlands, was charged with theft under $5000 and possession under $5000 under the Criminal Code after he was found in possession of the stolen phone while at the hospital.
He is scheduled to appear in court in Owen Sound on Thursday, November 13, 2014.
