(KIRKLAND LAKE, ON.) – Members of the Kirkland Lake Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) have charged a man with drug offences. The charges stem from a vehicle stop for a traffic violation on Highway 11 in Grenfell Township. The subsequent investigation led to the seizure of methamphetamine and marijuana. The incident occurred at approximately 8:52 a.m on October 9, 2014.
Charged with two counts of Possession of a Controlled Substance, is Louis CORMIER age 51 of Napan New Brunswick. He was remanded into custody pending a bail hearing.
