SEVERAL THEFTS OVERNIGHT

(NORTHUMBERLAND, ON) – On October 15, 2014 several thefts were reported to Northumberland Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), all occurring sometime between Tuesday night and Wednesday morning.

TRENT HILLS: Lumber stolen ($500) from a new home construction site on Friendly Acres Rd

BRIGHTON: Lumber stolen ($400) from construction site at the Codrington Community Centre

COLBORNE: A 30 ft. camper trailer stolen from a Victoria Street address described as a white 2008 ‘Aluma-Lite’, model 30Q with Ontario Licence plate #J6532L. Valued at about $15,000.

ALNWICK-HALDIMAND TWP: A resident on County Road 29 reported a break-in to their residence. The culprits were very specific and took only valuable ladies handbags (Christian Dior, Louis Vuitton). The value of the loss is still being determined.
