(BROOKE-ALVINSTON, ON) Lambton Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) along with fire services and Lambton Emergency Medical Services (EMS) responded to Nauvoo Road between Petrolia Line and LaSalle Line on October 16, 2014 for a car and private property collision.
Shortly after 10:00 a.m. OPP received a call about a Chevrolet vehicle leaving the roadway south bound on Nauvoo Road and coming to rest on a residential lawn. No injuries to the driver were reported at the time of the collision investigation, and the driver was the lone occupant of the vehicle.
However, the investigation ended in the arrest and charging of the driver, Peter KENNEDY, 62 years of age from Windsor, ON. The driver has a Sarnia court date of November 3, 2014 to answer to the charges of Impaired Driving and Driving over the Legal Limit.
