(HALDIMAND COUNTY, ON.) – Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), Haldimand County detachment has charged a 36 year old man with several criminal offences after being called to a Jenny Jump Road, Lowbanks, Haldimand County, ON address.
On Saturday October 18th, 2014 at approximately 4:00 am Police were called to the Jenny Jump Road address after reports of a physical confrontation were received.
Investigation revealed that several persons were in attendance at a bachelor party when a male party became violent and assaulted several other party attendees. The suspect then left the party.
A short time later a single motor vehicle collision was reported in close proximity to the party address.
As a result of the Police investigation 28 year old Richard WHITE of Haldimand County, ON has been charged with Assault Causing Bodily Harm, Assault, Drive while Disqualified, Impaired Driving, Drive a motor vehicle with over the legal limit of alcohol and Possession of an illegal drug (marihuana). He is to appear in Provincial Court, Cayuga, ON at a later date to answer to the charges.
