(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Norfolk County Detachment investigated a motor vehicle collision at a Queensway East, Simcoe, Norfolk County, Ontario address.
On Thursday, October 23, 2014 at approximately 4:46 p.m., Norfolk County OPP, Norfolk County Fire Services and Paramedics responded to a three vehicle collision.
Investigation has determined that a Red Dodge motor vehicle was travelling eastbound on Queensway East when it collided with two other vehicles.
As a result of investigation, police arrested and charged a 45 year old male.
Charged with the following offences is 45 year old Kenneth James BARBOUR of Norfolk County, Ontario.

Dangerous operation of a motor vehicle
He is to appear in Provincial Court, Simcoe at a later date to answer to the charges.
