Barrie Police Core unit was on patrol in the downtown core when officers observed a male staggering along Dunlop St. The male was approached and determined to have consumed copious amounts of alcohol. The 32 yr old Orillia man was arrested for his own safety under the LLA. Transported to the station and held until sober and released with a drunk ticket
