(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Norfolk County Detachment has charged a 35 year old male after police stopped a vehicle at a Highway 24, Windham, Norfolk County, Ontario address.
On Friday, October 24, 2014, at approximately 9:45 p.m., police were conducting patrols in the area of Highway 24 and Thirteenth Street West, when a vehicle attracted an officer’s attention. The vehicle was subsequently stopped and investigated.
As a result of investigation, police arrested and charged 35 year old Junior Romain RICHARD of Norfolk County, Ontario with the following offences.
Impaired Driving
Driving over the legal limit
Driving motor vehicle with open container of liquor
He is to appear in Provincial Court, Simcoe at a later date to answer to the charges.
