(LAMBTON SHORES, ON) A Lambton Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officer responded to a citizen’s complaint about a possible impaired driver on October 24, 2014 just before 7:00 p.m. The driver was attempting to leave the parking lot of a private business in Bosanquet Township when the OPP officer intervened and began an investigation.
As a result of that OPP investigation the male driver was arrested and charged with Impaired Driving and Drive over the Legal Limit. Daniel DALTON, 66 years of age from Grand Bend, ON has a Sarnia court date of November 10, 2014 to answer to the charges.
