(NAPANEE, ON)- An officer with the Napanee detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police arrested a Scarborough man last night just after 10:30 p.m. after stopping a Dodge pick-up truck on Jim Kimmett Boulevard in the Town of Greater Napanee.
The driver, Saad ALI, 25 yrs. of age, was arrested for over 80 mgs and taken to the Napanee OPP detachment for further breath tests.
As a result ALI faces charges of Driving with Over 80 mgs of alcohol and Possession of a Controlled Substance (marihuana).
He is scheduled to appear in Provincial Court in Napanee on November 25th.
