(South Stormont) – On November 1, 2014 at approximately 12:03pm, SD&G OPP officers responded to a report of a motor vehicle collision on County Road 14, South Stormont Township. Investigation indicated that a farm tractor had collided with a pick-up truck; no injuries resulted. Further information revealed that the driver’s privileges of the tractor operator were disqualified from a previous incident.
Jason FORTUNE (40) of South Stormont Township was arrested and is charged with;
– Driving While Disqualified
He was released and is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Cornwall on December 16, 2014.
