(South Stormont) – On October 31, 2014 at approximately 7:16pm, SD&G OPP officers responded to a report of a vehicle in the ditch on County Road 2, South Stormont Township. The investigation indicated that the adult male driver was under the influence of alcohol.
Richard WARREN (54) of Renfrew, Ontario was arrested and is charged with;
– Driving a Motor Vehicle While Ability Impaired
– Care or Control of a Motor Vehicle with Over 80 Milligrams of Alcohol in Blood
He was released and is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Cornwall on December 2, 2014.
