OPP INVESTIGATING THEFT FROM VEHICLE

(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Norfolk County Detachment is reminding the public to protect their property and valuables against would be thieves after a vehicle entry was reported at a Sunset Drive, Simcoe, Norfolk County, Ontario address.

On Friday, October 31, 2014, at approximately 4:00 a.m., two males were observed in the driveway of a residence near the rear of a parked pick-up truck. The males then fled to a black Chevrolet pick-up truck parked across the roadway and were last observed travelling on Sunset Drive.

Through investigation, it was determined that the two unknown males removed the “Dodge” and “Ram” emblem from the rear of the tailgate.
