Larry PACKER – Drunk Driving

(NORWICH TOWNSHIP, ON.) – The Oxford County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) was conducting a Reduce Impaired Driving Everywhere (R.I.D.E.) traffic initiative on Zenda Line at Cornell Road in Norwich Township, on Sunday, November 1, 2014.

At approximately 3:20 p.m. a traffic stop was conducted on a red pickup truck. The driver was subsequently found to be impaired and was arrested. His driver’s licence was suspended for 90 days and his vehicle impounded for 7 days.

Larry PACKER, 39 years old, of Harley, is charged with the following:

Adult Care and Control of a Motor Vehicle – Over 80mgs -contrary to The Criminal Code of Canada

The accused was released on a Promise to Appear for a future date.
