( Peterborough, ON) – On Thursday November 6, 2014, at approximately 7:30 p.m., members of the Peterborough County OPP crime unit stopped a vehicle on George Street in the City of Peterborough. Detectives detained and interviewed the occupants of the vehicle. A male was detained and was found to have 62 grams of marihuana, weigh scales and brass knuckles.
Cody Barry (19 years) of Peterborough, Ontario is currently charged with Possession of a controlled substance for the purpose of trafficking, possession of a prohibited weapon and failing to comply with an undertaking. Mr. Barry was held for a bail hearing on November 7, 2014 at Peterborough Provincial Court.
