On Friday October 26, 2012 at 2:13 a.m., Guelph Police stopped a vehicle on Glenburnie Drive, Guelph and the driver was given the demand for an approved screening device.
Mario RAZINSKI 27 years of Guelph was charged with Refuse to Provide Breath Sample and Breach of Officer in Charge Undertaking. He will appear in court in December.
