(CENTRE WELLINGTON, ON) – On December 8 2012 at 3:35am, the County of Wellington Festive RIDE Team was conducting a R.I.D.E. spot check at Highway 6 south and College Ave west, just outside of Guelph. At this time and location, a 2011 Subaru entered the spot check. The driver showed signs of alcohol consumption, and was administered a Roadside Screening Device test, which resulted in a fail being registered.
David Vilaysone age 28 of Ingersoll has been charged with Over 80mgs, contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada. He is scheduled for a Guelph court appearance on January 4, 2013 to answer to the charge.
