(MOUNT FOREST, ON) – On December 8, 2012 at approximately 8:30pm a County of Wellington OPP officer was on patrol in the town of Mount Forest when he observed a male party who appeared intoxicated, enter a 2001 GMC pickup truck and drive away. The officer stopped the vehicle, and spoke with the driver, who showed obvious signs of alcohol consumption.
Keith Rawn, age 48 of Mount Forest is facing charges of Impaired Driving, and Over 80mgs, contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada. He is scheduled to appear in Guelph court on December 21, 2012 to answer to the charges.
