(CENTRE WELLINGTON, ON) – On December 13, 2012 at 2:20am, the County of Wellington OPP were conducting a R.I.D.E. spot check on Highway 6 north of College Ave, just outside of Guelph. Police spoke to the driver of a 1995 Acura that entered the spot check, and determined he had been drinking. A Roadside Screening Device test was administered, which resulted in a fail being registered.
Ragip Osdautaj age 22 of Stoney Creek has been charged with Over 80mgs, contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada. He is scheduled to appear in Guelph court on January 4, 2013 to answer to the charge.
