(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), Norfolk County Detachment have arrested a 33 year old female after police were contacted by a concerned citizen at an 8th Concession Road, South Walsingham, Norfolk County, ON, address.
On Tuesday, August 6, 2013 at approximately 12:29 pm, police were contacted by a concerned citizen after they heard various people yelling. The citizen then observed a motor vehicle leaving an address with a person hanging onto the side of the motor vehicle.
Police subsequently located the vehicle and driver and as a result of investigation, police arrested a 33 year old female.
Charged with Dangerous Operation of a motor vehicle is 33 year old Scarlet Lee HELMER from Norfolk County, ON.
She is currently being held in custody and will appear for a bail hearing on Wednesday, August 7, 2013.
