Kristopher PARSONS – Drunk Driving, Flight From Police

On Tuesday the 6th of August 2013 at approximately 2:30 am, while at a R.I.D.E. initiative, Constables Hahn and Leger of the Hawkesbury OPP, noticed a car approaching the checkpoint, who then fled the area, there was a brief pursuit. The vehicle was stopped, officers had grounds to believe that the driver was under the influence of alcohol, the driver refused to provide a breath sample for the ASD (Approved Screening Device), it was also determined that the driver was a disqualified driver as well as a suspended driver.

Kristopher PARSONS, (35 yrs) of Alfred-Plantagenet, was charged with the following:
