(KIRKLAND LAKE, ON.) – Members of the OPP Organized Crime Enforcement Bureau Drug Enforcement Unit along with assistance of members of the Kirkland Lake OPP have charged a local man with two counts of Fail to comply with a Recognizance. The charges stem from the accused failing to comply with conditions of a recognizance. The accused was subsequently arrested at a residence located on Balsam Avenue in Kirkland Lake. The incident occurred at approximately 2:15 p.m. on August 14, 2013.
Charged is Jason CLOUTIER age 27 of Kirkland Lake. He was remanded into custody pending a bail hearing.
