(LAMBTON SHORES, ON) Lambton County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Property Crimes Unit is continuing an investigation at a Jericho Road address where drugs and stolen property were located on July 26, 2013. Approximately 41 plants of suspected marihuana, two molotov cocktails, and other items of stolen property including an ATV, and assorted computers and electronics were seized by police during the investigation.
As a result of the investigation a 38 year old Lambton Shores male will appear in a Sarnia court at a later time to answer to the following charges:
Possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose
Possession of an explosive substance while prohibited (2 counts)
Possession of stolen property over $5,000
Possession of stolen property under $5000
Breach of a probation order (3 counts)
Possession of a controlled substance
Assault
Another 60 year old Stratford male has been charged with unauthorized possession of a weapon, possession of stolen property under $5000 and two counts of possession of a controlled substance. He will appear in a Sarnia court on September 9, 2013 to answer to the charges.
The investigation is continuing.
