(KINCARDINE TWP, ON) On August 18, 2013 at 12:52 am, a South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officer on patrol along Bruce County Road 15 in Kincardine Township stopped a Blue Honda Civic. The officer found that the driver had been drinking alcohol. 41 year old Jessica FRANK of Sarnia has been charged with Impaired operation and Operate over 80 milligrams. She is scheduled to appear in court on September 9, 2013 to answer to the charges.
