(COUNTY OF BRANT, ON) – The County of Brant Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers were advised of an intoxicated male driving a Dodge Ram pickup truck in the Town of Paris.
At approximately 8:00 p.m. Saturday August 17, 2013 an officer located the vehicle and while talking to the driver she observed all the usual signs of impairment by alcohol. The driver of the vehicle was transported to the County of Brant OPP for Intoxilyzer Tests.
William MACKIE 44 years of age from the County of Brant is facing the following criminal charges
Impaired Driving
Exceed 80 Milligrams of Blood Alcohol content
The accused is scheduled to attend Provincial Court in Brantford on September 4, 2013 to answer to the charges.
