(Douro Dummer Twp., ON) – On August 28 2013 at approximately 1:30 a.m. officers from the Peterborough County OPP conducted a traffic stop on Highway 28, that led to two criminal arrests.
OPP officers investigating a Toyota Prius being operated by a male driver, discovered a female attempting to hide her-self on the floor of the vehicle under a bag.
Upon further investigation it was discovered that both occupants were currently on court orders not to associate with each other.
As a result of the investigation both parties were arrested and charged with Breaching a Recognizance.
Charged are 29 year old Jeffrey KOLNICK of Kitchener, and 29 year old Jessica TREMAINE of Kitchener.
Both parties were held for a Bail Hearing scheduled on Wednesday 28 August 2013, in Peterborough Provincial Courts.
