(WASAGA BEACH, ON.) – On September 1st, 2013 at approximately 2:15 p.m., members of the Huronia West Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police, while on routine mountain bike patrol observed a female in the rear of a motor vehicle parked at the 3rd Street Parking Lot off of Mosley Street who had an open container of alcohol.
A further investigation into this offence by OPP resulted in Police locating a quantity of Cannabis Marihuana and Psilocybin in the above motor vehicle. A further investigation resulted in Police locating the owner of these illegal drugs.
Charged with “Possession for the Purpose Schedule II – Cannabis Marihuana†and “Possession Schedule III – Psilocybin†is Bradley PARK 34 years old from Toronto. First appearance is October 8th, 2013 in Collingwood Court. In addition Police have charged Dominique B. POULIN TAN 26 years old from Guelph, Ontario with â€ÂHaving liquor in open container in other than licenced premises. residence or private place†under the Liquor Licence Act of Ontario.
