(HALDIMAND COUNTY, ON.) – Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), Haldimand County detachment has charged a 48 year old male with drinking and driving related offences at a Tamarac St., Dunnville, Haldimand County, ON address.
On Friday September 3rd, 2013 at approximately 6:30 pm Police responded to a motor vehicle collision on Tamarac St involving a brown 2003 Pontiac van. Upon arrival Police spoke with the driver of the van which resulted in his arrest.
Charged with Impaired Driving and Driving over the legal limit of Alcohol is 48 year old David BIENKER of Beamsville, ON. He is to appear in Provincial Court, Cayuga, ON at a later date to answer to the charges.
