(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Norfolk County Detachment have charged a 47 year old male with mischief after responding to an incident at a Queensway West, Simcoe, Norfolk County, Ontario address.
On Friday, August 30, 2013 at approximately 4:55 p.m., police responded to the address after being contacted by various concerned citizens. Through investigation police located a male who was subsequently arrested for being intoxicated in a public place.
While in police custody, the cell area in which he was being held was damaged.
Charged with Mischief Under $5000 and Being Intoxicated in a Public Place is 47 year old Gordon Eric BARNETT from Norfolk County, Ontario.
He is to appear in Provincial Court, Simcoe at a later date to answer to the charges.
