(MUNICIPALITY OF MEAFORD, ON) – On Sunday, September 1, 2013, Grey County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) with the assistance of the Grey County OPP Crime Unit, arrested and charged four people in relation to the 2006 M6040 Kubota tractor and the Generac generator which had been reported stolen from a property on the St. Vincent-Sydenham Townline in the Municipality of Meaford on July 19, 2013. The property, which was valued at approximately $39,000, was recovered in the Township of Chatsworth.
Charged with theft over $5,000 and possession of property obtained by crime over $5,000 are, Andrew COOPER-KING, 23, of Owen Sound; Katelynn DEPENCIER, 19, of Owen Sound; Cheslea REDMOND, 19, of the Municipality of Meaford, and Michael SUTTON, 25, of the Municipality of Meaford.
They are scheduled to appear in court in Owen Sound on October 31, 2013.
