(Bancroft, Ontario) On Sunday the 08th of September 2013, the Bancroft detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police received the report of an assault that had occurred on Station Street in the Town of Bancroft. Investigation revealed that an adult male had physically assault another adult male.
20 year old Joshua PRETULA of the Town of Bancroft was arrested and has been charged with assault and breach of probation. He was released from custody on a promise to appear with conditions and is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Bancroft on the 19th of November 2013.
