(Batchewana First Nation, ON) – On Saturday September 7, 2013 at 1:35 am Sault Ste. Marie OPP were dispatched to a burglar alarm at a business on Frontenac Street.
Upon OPP arrival a male was observed on the property.
As a result of further police investigation thirty-one year old Christopher Ian MOAR of Wellington Street East, Sault Ste. Marie Ontario was arrested and charged with one count of Break and Enter, one count of Breach of Recognizance and two counts of Mischief under the Criminal Code of Canada.
The accused is being held for a bail hearing this morning.
