(Russell, ON) On September 5, 2013, OPP Constables responded to a single motor vehicle collision on Route 200 in Russell. At that location a Ford pickup truck was involved in a serious collision where it was completely destroyed. The 3 occupants were ejected from the vehicle. All 3 were transported to the Ottawa Civic Hospital. One of the occupants had to be air lifted to the hospital. They all suffered serious non-life threatening injuries.
The investigation is still ongoing and alcohol is considered a factor in this collision.
